Qualifications

• State Farm agency experience is preferred
• Active insurance license or ability to obtain licensing in Property and Casualty

Requirements

• Position open to U.S. Residents only
• Property & Casualty required; Life and Health also preferred
• State Farm experience preferred; insurance experience is a bonus
• Must be able to solve problems quickly and be good with basic computer functions
• Must have access to fast and reliable internet service
• Must be comfortable working in the Eastern Time Zone
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-friendly environment
• Must have the ability to carry out daily responsibilities without supervision
• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
