Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Tier 3 IT Support Engineer to provide after-hours technical support. The ideal candidate will have strong networking and security experience and be comfortable handling complex technical issues independently.
Qualifications
- Tier 3 IT Support experience
- Strong networking and troubleshooting skills
- Solid cybersecurity/security experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during after-hours shifts
Requirements
- Coverage Hours:
- Sunday: 5:00 PM β 2:00 AM EST (Monday 12:00 AM β 9:00 AM SAST)
- MondayβThursday: 8:00 PM β 2:00 AM EST (3:00 AM β 9:00 AM SAST)
- Friday: 8:00 PM β 9:00 AM EST (Saturday 3:00 AM β 4:00 PM SAST)
- Saturday: 5:00 PM β 9:00 AM EST (Sunday 12:00 AM β 4:00 PM SAST)
