Role Description

We are seeking organized, personable individuals interested in helping clients create enjoyable vacation experiences. As a Leisure Support Advisor, you will provide assistance with destination research, vacation selections, and coordinating travel-related services. This flexible remote opportunity allows you to work with various vacation experiences, including luxury resorts, all-inclusive escapes, cruises, family holidays, romantic getaways, group vacations, and international adventures. No previous travel industry background is required. Training, professional guidance, and educational resources are available to support your development.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand vacation interests, preferred dates, and spending preferences
• Identify destinations and leisure experiences that match client requests
• Research accommodations, cruise itineraries, vacation packages, and activities
• Review supplier availability and compare suitable vacation choices
• Present recommendations and clarify package features and reservation terms
• Assist with arranging selected services through approved booking platforms
• Verify reservation information and traveler details for completeness
• Organize client profiles, booking confirmations, and itinerary documents
• Monitor upcoming payments and important reservation requirements
• Provide updates and answer routine vacation-related questions
• Follow up with clients regarding pending decisions and trip preparations
• Remain informed about supplier promotions and destination developments

Qualifications
