Role Description

As a Learner Hospitality, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care and support. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with Remote Care Space is positive and seamless. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Build strong relationships with clients, gaining their trust and confidence in our services
• Coordinate and schedule virtual care appointments for clients, ensuring all necessary information is collected and communicated effectively
• Collaborate with the virtual care team to ensure all client needs are met and any issues are addressed promptly
• Educate clients on our virtual care technology and assist with any technical difficulties they may encounter
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Continuously seek ways to improve the client experience and provide feedback to management
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure the highest level of service is provided to clients

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new technology
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Compassionate and empathetic towards clients and their families
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
