[Hiring] Junior Operations Assistant @Valatam

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Operations Assistant to support in coordinating projects and maintaining efficient workflows. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual looking to grow their career in operations and project support. This is a 100% remote, full-time position (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST).

• Support internal and external stakeholders with daily service needs
• Monitor company email and social platforms to redirect inquiries
• Assist with the dispatching and tracking of service requests
• Coordinate with customers to follow up on service satisfaction
• Contact vendors to gather pricing and track pending orders
• Perform data entry for invoicing and quoting with high accuracy
• Help update and organize internal company systems
• Gather and prepare information for internal reports
• Provide administrative support to leadership as needed
• Complete other entry-level operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Fluent English C1 or C2 and Spanish
• 1 to 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or administrative support
• Basic knowledge of Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar tools
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills
• Quiet home office with stable internet and a backup connection
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
