Role Description

We are currently looking for an Italian Speaking Technical Support Representative to join an IT company in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals with strong technical skills and fluency in Italian who are passionate about delivering excellent customer support within the IT sector.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to Italian-speaking customers regarding IT products and services.
• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat efficiently and professionally.
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to escalate complex problems and contribute to continuous product improvement.
• Stay informed about the latest IT developments and company products to provide up-to-date support.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in technical support, preferably within the IT industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude related to IT systems, software, and hardware.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and remote support software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
