Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support solutions to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring every interaction meets or exceeds service level expectations.

Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Italian language skills (both spoken and written) are absolutely essential for this role.
  • A valid EU passport is mandatory for candidates applying to this position.
  • A good working knowledge of English is required for internal communications and documentation purposes.
  • Previous experience in customer support services, client relations, or a similar customer-facing role is highly advantageous.
