[Hiring] Italian-Speaking Digital Payments Service Advisor @CBT

Role Description

As a Digital Payments Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our Italian-speaking merchants. You'll guide them through account setup, troubleshoot technical/payment issues, and help them unlock business opportunities with our various service solutions.

• Deliver outstanding omnichannel support (Phone, Email, Chat, and Social Media) to Italian-speaking merchants.
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries related to accounts, hardware, and payment processing.
• Identify merchant needs and suggest relevant value-added services/features to foster business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to optimize customer experience.
• Maintain high quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• Native / Bilingual Italian
• Fluent English (B2)
• 1+ years in Customer Support, Contact Center, or Client Solutions (preferred)
• Comfortable with smartphones, tablets, apps, and digital platforms
• Ability to spot upsell/cross-sell opportunities and suggest tailored solutions
• Excellent interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and active listening skills under pressure
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Portugal

• Base Salary: €1,000 gross/month (paid over 14 months = €14,000/year base)
