Role Description

• Customer Advisory: Assist Italian-speaking customers via inbound phone calls, live chat, and email regarding order updates, account management, billing inquiries, or service details.
• Problem Resolution: Identify client needs, troubleshoot platform issues, and provide efficient, accurate solutions using internal CRM tools.
• Service Excellence: Deliver empathetic, professional communication to ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and loyalty.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Record interaction details accurately and escalate complex technical or administrative issues to specialized internal teams when necessary.

Qualifications

• Native or Near-Native command of Italian (C1/C2) with good working proficiency in English (B2).
• Must hold an EU/EEA Passport or a valid Portuguese Residence/Work Permit.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable using multi-screen setups, standard computer software, and CRM databases (paid training provided).
