Role Description

We are looking for Italian-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join an international community in the heart of Lisbon, Portugal. This isn't just about support; it's about being the voice of a brand and making a real impact on someone's day.

What your day will look like:

• You will be the primary point of contact for our Italian-speaking users, providing high-level support via phone and email.
• Your goal is to own every query, ensuring that every person you help receives accurate information and a friendly, professional response.
• Whether it's troubleshooting a connectivity issue or walking a user through a complex process, you'll be the expert they rely on.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian at a C1/C2 level.
• Strong command of English (B2).
• Natural problem-solver who enjoys building relationships.
• Holds EU Citizenship or a valid residence card.
