Role Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer a rewarding career opportunity as an Italian Emergency Roadside Assistance Officer with a fully paid relocation to Greece. This role involves providing immediate support and assistance to Italian-speaking customers experiencing roadside emergencies, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.

• Respond promptly to roadside assistance requests from Italian-speaking clients via phone and other communication channels.
• Assess the situation accurately and coordinate appropriate emergency services such as towing, repairs, or other assistance.
• Provide clear, compassionate communication to customers during stressful situations.
• Document all interactions and service activities thoroughly and accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely and effective customer support.
• Stay informed about company policies, emergency procedures, and service offerings to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English or Greek is an advantage.
• Experience in emergency roadside assistance, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.

• Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation costs covered.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including availability for shift work as required.
