Role Description

We are looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused IT Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.

• Provide first-level support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and related equipment
• Monitor and respond quickly to incoming support requests via ticketing system, email, or phone
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, email, and internet connectivity
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across systems
• Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when required
• Maintain documentation of support activities, inventory, and IT assets
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and data security practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in IT support or desktop support role
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking
• Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, or equivalent
• Experience with cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Office 365, etc.)
• Knowledge of basic cybersecurity practices
