[Hiring] IT HelpDesk Support Specialist @LTS

Role Description

LTS.inen is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT HelpDesk Support Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. As a member of the LTS.inen HelpDesk team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and guidance to our employees, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

• Respond to and resolve IT support requests from employees through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and provide timely solutions
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals for new and existing employees
• Educate and assist employees on proper usage of software and applications
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system
• Conduct regular equipment inventory checks and document discrepancies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry developments to continuously enhance our IT services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
• Excellent knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Office 365
• Strong understanding of computer hardware components and networking principles
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365 administration
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
