Role Description

ROW IB team is seeking a highly motivated Investigation Specialist to help manage daily operational activities centrally across INFCs. Our teams' objective is to provide the accurate resolution to all the sellers and fulfillment centres. The Investigation Specialist will support Sellers, Associates, and Management while ensuring program standards for individual and team performance are met. An Investigation Representative at ROW IB is responsible for flow of information between different stakeholders and resolves the issues created by sellers accurately in a timely manner.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Provide timely resolution to issues by researching, querying internal tools, and making real-time decisions.
• Understand requirements, analyze data, and notice trends to drive seller experience without compromising on time.
• Have a basic understanding of inbounding and communicate clearly in English in both written and verbal forms.

A Day in the Life

• Conduct assigned investigations in a timely manner within an ambiguous environment using data analysis and other tools.
• Maintain high levels of ownership throughout the investigation life cycle by facilitating flow of information, reporting progress, and identifying blockers.
• Provide resolutions and insist on high standards by effectively summarizing findings and proposing solutions by identifying gaps and risks in current mechanisms.

Qualifications

• Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Graduation from a recognized university with 1 year of work experience.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English language.
• Ability to communicate correctly and understand the issues.
• Ability to concentrate and follow up on issues without distraction to resolution.
• Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
• Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, internet browser, and excellent typing skills.
• Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites.
• Deep diving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining, or experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis.

• Team objective is to provide a hassle-free and smooth inbounding experience to all sellers and vendors across Amazon fulfillment centres.
