The Interview Instruction Delivery Assistant checks the confirmed booking, sends the approved details, and resolves simple delivery questions. This full-time remote office administration position calls for the same courteous writing used in customer service. You will not assess applicants, change interview decisions, or promise a hiring result.

• Verify the date, time zone, method, and recipient against the scheduling record before sending anything.
• Check the current booking and send the authorized information through the proper channel if a candidate reports a missing link.
• Record requests for clarification or accessibility adjustments and route them to the designated person.
• Maintain a good office record showing what was sent, when, and whether an issue remains open.

Expected tasks include:

• Review upcoming confirmed interviews in the online calendar.
• Match each candidate with the approved instruction set.
• Verify time zone, meeting method, and contact details.
• Send clear preparation information at the scheduled stage.
• Respond to routine questions about joining the meeting.
• Flag missing links or changed availability to the scheduler.
• Route accommodation requests to the authorized team member.
• Keep candidate notes and delivery status current.

Experience in customer service or office administration is an advantage, but not essential. The employer will train you on its interview stages, online scheduling tools, and privacy procedures.
