Role Description

We are looking for talented Spanish–English Interpreters (C1 level) to join our remote team from any city in Colombia. If you have strong bilingual skills and enjoy helping people communicate, this is a great opportunity to grow your career from home.

Qualifications

• Advanced English level C1 (speaking & listening)
• Availability to work within the 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. Monday–Friday window
• Must have your own computer and stable internet connection
• Reside anywhere in Colombia

Requirements

• 36 hours per week
• 40 hours per week
• 42 hours per week

Benefits

• 36 hrs: COP $2,168,572 + 15% performance bonus
• 40 hrs: COP $2,409,524 + 15% performance bonus
• 42 hrs: COP $2,530,000 + 15% performance bonus
• Connectivity bonus: COP $50,000
• Contract type: OPS
• Work mode: 100% Remote

Important Availability

• Mandatory working days: Monday and Tuesday
• Weekend: Saturday and Sunday off

Main Responsibility

Provide real-time interpretation between English and Spanish speakers during phone calls, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
