Role Description

Qualifications

• Advanced English level C1 (speaking & listening)
• Must have your own computer and stable internet connection
• Reside anywhere in Colombia

Requirements

• Availability to work within the 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. Monday–Friday window

Benefits

• Compensation for 36 hrs: COP $2,168,572 + 15% performance bonus
• Compensation for 40 hrs: COP $2,409,524 + 15% performance bonus
• Compensation for 42 hrs: COP $2,530,000 + 15% performance bonus
• Connectivity bonus: COP $50,000
• Contract type: OPS
• Work mode: 100% Remote

Important Availability

• Mandatory working days: Monday and Tuesday
• Weekend: Saturday and Sunday off

Main Responsibility

Provide real-time interpretation between English and Spanish speakers during phone calls, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
