[Hiring] Inbound Guest Support Agent – Travel/Reservations @Resolv.Global

Role Description

We are hiring a South Africa-based inbound customer service agent to support guests of a global travel and attractions program. This role focuses on assisting guests with bookings, promotions, reservations, and product education while delivering an excellent customer experience and building positive guest relationships. Training will be provided by an experienced international support team. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based anywhere in South Africa.

• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text
• Assist guests with bookings and reservation support
• Provide clear product and attraction guidance
• Resolve complaints professionally and empathetically
• Process refunds and service requests
• Maintain accurate interaction records
• Collaborate with internal teams to support service delivery
• Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be based in South Africa
• Experience in inbound customer service or call center environments
• Background in travel, tourism, airline, OTA, or reservations preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Confident navigating multiple systems
• Able to handle light sales conversations
• Must be comfortable working US business hours

Requirements

• Pay Rate: $6.50 per hour
