Role Description

This role involves assisting parents at the beginning of the academic process as an Inbound Contact Center Representative.

• Ensure a memorable customer service experience using active listening and consultative selling skills
• Educate clients on services, respond to questions, overcome objections, and schedule student academic evaluations and consultations
• Follow contact center scripts when speaking with clients
• Build positive rapport with clients of differing personality types
• Remain polite and professional during all interactions
• Keep records of all conversations in the call center system
• Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative service targets
• Participate in initial and ongoing training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of services

• Computer proficiency with the ability to navigate between multiple computer screens while engaging the customer
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• High school diploma or GED

Requirements

• Remote position - Work from the comfort of your home
• Varied shifts including morning, evening, and weekend
• Full-time schedule required
• Two weekday evening shifts per month (2:00 PM-10:30 PM)
• Two Saturday shifts per month (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Sunday shifts as needed (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
