[Hiring] Home Care Scheduler @ReWorks Solutions

Role Description

• Coordinate and manage daily and weekly caregiver schedules
• Match caregivers to clients based on availability, skills, and client needs
• Communicate with caregivers regarding shift confirmations, changes, and updates
• Liaise with clients and families to confirm schedules and address concerns
• Handle last-minute call-offs and find suitable replacements promptly
• Maintain accurate scheduling records in the system
• Ensure authorized hours are scheduled appropriately and efficiently
• Monitor overtime and manage staffing levels accordingly
• Collaborate with HR and operations regarding staffing needs
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• Previous scheduling or coordination experience (home care/healthcare preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent changes
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with scheduling software is an advantage
• Comfortable working U.S. hours
