Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be authorized to work in the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, or Spain
• Comfortable communicating in English

Requirements

• Help clients plan personalized travel experiences based on their interests and budgets
• Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options using approved systems
• Coordinate and confirm reservations with travel partners
• Provide helpful suggestions and destination insights to support client decisions
• Communicate with clients through email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Assist with itinerary updates, changes, and service-related requests
• Maintain accurate records of client details and booking information
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing development opportunities
