Role Description

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who enjoy exploring destinations, assisting others, and managing the details that contribute to a well-planned vacation. As a Holiday Services Consultant, you will help travelers navigate their vacation choices by:

• Engaging with clients to understand their vacation interests and expectations
• Identifying preferred destinations, travel dates, budgets, and special considerations
• Exploring suitable hotels, resorts, cruises, and holiday packages
• Researching transportation services, excursions, tours, and local attractions
• Comparing supplier availability, vacation features, and promotional opportunities
• Preparing organized travel selections based on individual client requests
• Explaining accommodation details, package inclusions, and reservation requirements
• Assisting with coordinating approved bookings through designated supplier platforms
• Reviewing traveler information and ensuring reservation details are accurate
• Maintaining organized booking confirmations, itineraries, and client records
• Communicating payment schedules, booking deadlines, and important updates
• Providing continued assistance with routine questions and pre-departure preparations

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another qualifying country
