Role Description

This role involves providing helpdesk support to customers in a remote setting.

• Builds and maintains customer satisfaction with the products and services offered by the organization (voice and non-voice)
• Demonstrate experience in working in a multicultural team
• Display ability to provide unbiased and accurate feedback in a non-threatening way
• Meets deadlines and targets, demonstrating ability to achieve despite constraints or obstacles
• Analyzing and evaluating reflects on information, defines the key issues and reaches logical conclusions
• Well-versed in planning and coordinating and must have excellent decision-making skills
• Conveys ideas and facts orally
• Manage priorities with high attention to detail
• Quickly learn and master our application to confidently guide clients through features and troubleshoot issues in real time

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in the BPO industry (preferably Customer Service)
• Must be proficient in the English language (oral and written)
• Must have a stable internet connection
• Must be available to work during Central Time business hours
• Must be computer savvy (nothing technical but comfortable with using a computer)
• Must be flexible to help in other departments if needed
• Strong ability to quickly understand new software and explain processes clearly with attention to detail
