Role Description

Arthur Lawrence is looking for a HSPD-12 Help Desk Analyst for one of our clients' projects based remotely. Please find the job description below and send us your updated resume if interested:

• 3 years or less of help desk experience, with basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and database applications.
• Strong customer service, communication, and analytical troubleshooting skills to resolve support requests efficiently.
• High attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and large volumes of sensitive data while collaborating with team members and ICAM PMO stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business-critical or security-related data and systems (Nice to Have).
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs and support a broad range of technical tasks (Nice to Have).
