Role Description

Are you a compassionate professional with experience in high volume call center settings who thrives on delivering exceptional customer support? Join a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client's remote team and help patients get the medications and care they need!

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
• Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including fax and mail.
• Contact customers to obtain additional information as needed.
• Perform data entry and routine administrative support tasks.
• Support patient care programs by following established procedures and guidelines.
• Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting program requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of RECENT Call Center Customer Service experience in a high-volume setting.
• Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace.
• Must be able to log in and work full scheduled shifts without interruptions.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills for common remote work issues.
• High-Speed Internet with a wired connection is mandatory. (Mobile hotspots are not accepted).
• Adhere to all company required KPI's.

Requirements

• Pay: $16/hr.
• Weekly Pay & Benefits!
• Projected Start Date: November 16th, 2026.
• Shift availability: Must be able to work any assigned 8-hour shift between the hours of operation: Mon-Sat, 8 AM-10PM (No exceptions).
