Role Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Guest Experience Advisors. In this role, you'll assist clients throughout their trip preparation journey by helping coordinate important planning elements, sharing timely updates, and ensuring each step of the experience remains organized and easy to navigate. This remote opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized across multiple tasks, and contributing to positive service experiences. • Communicate with clients to understand their travel interests and scheduling expectations
• Help organize key trip components including accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Provide progress updates related to reservation confirmations and planning timelines
• Assist with reviewing available destination options using approved supplier platforms
• Respond to client questions through phone, email, and secure digital communication tools
• Maintain accurate documentation related to guest planning activity
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing development opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a service-focused mindset
• Reliable organization and attention to important details
• Comfort working independently within a virtual environment
• Familiarity with online communication platforms and web-based tools
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, scheduling, or administrative roles is helpful but not required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
