Role Description

We are looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals who enjoy researching destinations, assisting clients, and managing vacation arrangements. As a Getaway Booking Advisor, you will help travelers discover suitable vacation opportunities, review available packages, and complete requested reservations. This remote opportunity involves assisting with:

• Beach resorts
• All-inclusive vacations
• Cruises
• Family trips
• Couples retreats
• Group getaways
• International destinations

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to vacation inquiries and identify individual client needs
• Gather information about preferred destinations, travel dates, and budgets
• Explore available hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, and excursions
• Evaluate vacation packages and recommend appropriate selections
• Explain accommodation features, package inclusions, and booking conditions
• Coordinate requested arrangements through authorized supplier systems
• Review traveler details and reservation information for accuracy
• Maintain organized booking records, confirmations, and client documentation
• Track deposits, final payments, and important reservation deadlines
• Communicate booking updates and respond to general client questions
• Assist with routine reservation changes and pre-departure information
• Keep current with destination updates and supplier offerings

Qualifications

• Comfortable researching information and comparing vacation options
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client requests

• Reliable internet connection and compatible computer or device
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another qualifying country
