[Hiring] German speaking Service Management Office Specialist @Computacenter AG & Co. oHG

Role Description

Your future tasks will be...

• Contract-compliant depiction of customer requirements (70-80 %)
• Administrative support of the Service Manager
• Document verification and distribution
• Pre-sales support (filling of quotations)
• Billing preparation: issuing, collecting and tracking of proofs of performance. Clarifying the deviations. Forward of the final documentation to the account/invoice department
• Preparation and analysis of reports for the customers
• Other general administrative tasks
• Active communication to related interfaces- Service Management, sales team, contract admins, Customer (20-30%)
• Establishment and maintenance of relationship networks to the above-mentioned relevant parties to ensure a smooth process flow.

Qualifications

• Very good Excel skills (Formulas, Pivot charts, Vlook-up, etc.)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in German and in English
• Client-oriented mind-set
• Able to work remote in a team
• Good at self-organisation and setting priorities
• Process-oriented and think analytically
• Very reliable
• Some commercial understanding
• Enthusiastic about supporting service managers and enjoy pulling the strings in back-office tasks
