[Hiring] German-speaking Customer Support Specialist @Next Job Abroad

Role Description

You'll support German-speaking Dyson customers and help them get the most out of their products. No need to be a tech expert — full training is provided.

• Handling customer enquiries via calls, messages and emails
• Helping with product questions, troubleshooting and usage
• Processing warranties, repairs and replacements
• Recommending products based on customer needs
• Making sure every customer receives a smooth and positive experience
• Working with an international team

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail
• Customer-focused and comfortable communicating with people
• Calm and solution-oriented when things don't go to plan
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
