Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated and skilled German Speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Sofia. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals fluent in German who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service. In this role, you will act as a vital link between the company and our German-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.

• Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and accurately.
• Assist clients in navigating products and services, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service quality.
• Stay updated with product information and company policies to provide accurate assistance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer support or related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
