Role Description

This role involves assisting German-speaking customers with their travel inquiries and bookings while providing exceptional customer service.

• Provide outstanding customer support in German through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with questions about bookings, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries.
• Resolve issues and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with different teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
• Stay updated on Booking.com policies, promotions, and travel trends to provide accurate and valuable information to clients.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
• Familiarity with booking systems, travel products, and CRM software is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using computer applications and digital communication tools.
• A proactive approach to solving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction.
