THE ROLE: STRATEGIC ADVISORY & RISK MANAGEMENT

• End-to-End Policy Architecture: Consult on a diverse range of products, including Motor, Liability, and Property insurance, ensuring clients are optimized for their specific risk profiles.
• Complex Claims Navigation: Act as the primary liaison for policyholders during "moments of truth," guiding them through the claims lifecycle with technical accuracy and emotional intelligence.
• Strategic Retention: Identify opportunities to enhance institutional loyalty through personalized coverage reviews and administrative excellence.
• Technical Governance: Utilize high-tier CRM and insurance-specific software to manage data integrity under strict GDPR and German regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge Leadership: Contribute to a remote culture of excellence by identifying process improvements and participating in specialized training workshops.

Qualifications

• Linguistic Authority: Native or near-native (C1/C2) German is mandatory. You must be capable of discussing complex contractual terms with absolute clarity. Professional English (B2) is required for internal reporting and global synchronization.
• Analytical Rigor: The ability to deconstruct complex information and translate it into actionable advice for the end-user.
• Professional Resilience: The capacity to remain composed and solution-oriented when managing high-value claims or sensitive inquiries.
