The Role: Strategic Advisory & Risk Management

As a Remote Portfolio Consultant, you serve as the expert voice of the brand. Your objective is to navigate the intersection of legal policy, financial security, and customer empathy.

Executive Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Policy Management: Consult on a diverse range of products including Motor, Liability, and Property insurance, ensuring customers are optimized for their specific risk profiles.
• Complex Claims Navigation: Act as the primary liaison for policyholders during "moments of truth," guiding them through the claims lifecycle with technical accuracy and emotional intelligence.
• Strategic Retention: Identify opportunities to enhance customer loyalty through personalized coverage reviews and administrative excellence.
• Technical Interface: Utilize high-tier CRM and Insurance-specific software to manage data integrity under strict GDPR and German regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge Leadership: Contribute to a remote culture of excellence by identifying process improvements and participating in high-level training workshops.

Qualifications

• Linguistic Mastery: Native or near-native (C1/C2) German is non-negotiable. You must be able to discuss complex contractual terms with clarity. Professional English (B2) is required for internal reporting and global collaboration.
• Analytical Mindset: The ability to digest complex information and translate it into actionable advice for the end-user.
• Professional Resilience: You remain composed and solution-oriented when managing high-value claims or sensitive customer inquiries.
• Operational Autonomy: Proven ability to maintain high productivity and strict confidentiality in a 100% remote setting.
