Role Description
Looking for a fully remote opportunity in Portugal? We are hiring German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international team!
What you will do:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide efficient and professional support while resolving issues
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet quality targets
Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday, 07:00 AM β 07:00 PM (rotational shifts)
- 2 days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day
Qualifications
- German (C2 or native) & good English
- Based in Portugal (mainland)
- EU passport or valid work permit (no visa sponsorship)
