Role Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer a remote position for a German Customer Advisor with a Household Appliances Company, allowing you to work from any location in Greece. This role is ideal for customer-focused individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service in the household appliances sector.

• Provide comprehensive support to German-speaking customers regarding household appliances via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, order inquiries, and warranty services.
• Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve product knowledge and customer service processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments and industry trends to offer informed assistance.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; English language skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially within the household appliances sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a customer-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time efficiently.
