Role Description

This position in Greece offers you the chance to represent a cutting-edge digital entertainment brand, delivering outstanding support to French-speaking subscribers across a wide range of streaming-related enquiries.

  • Deliver high-quality customer support to French-speaking users of the online streaming platform via chat, email, and telephone channels.
  • Assist subscribers with account management, billing queries, subscription upgrades, and payment issues related to the streaming service.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues including streaming quality, device compatibility, app functionality, and connectivity problems.
  • Guide customers through platform features, content navigation, and personalised recommendation tools available on the streaming service.
  • Handle escalated complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-focused approach aligned with the platform's service standards.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and case resolutions within the company's CRM system to ensure data integrity.
  • Stay up to date with new content releases, platform updates, and product changes to provide informed, relevant support to users.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring user issues and contribute feedback that supports ongoing service improvements.

Qualifications

  • Native or fluent French language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role.
  • Valid EU passport or legal authorisation to work within the European Union (mandatory).
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a client-facing role is highly advantageous.
  • Experience within the streaming platforms or digital entertainment industry is a distinct plus.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools, CRM platforms, and online communication systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Good working knowledge of English to communicate effectively with internal teams and management.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, in line with a global streaming service operation.
