Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Strong command of the English language for internal communication.
• A genuine passion for consumer electronics and a drive to provide premium service experiences.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or technical support role is considered a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts with ease.
