Role Description

We are seeking a French-English Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support a Canadian client in a fully remote role.

• Handle inbound customer calls
• Assist with inquiries
• Deliver a high level of service in both French and English

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Compensation:

• $12 per hour

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Experience handling inbound calls preferred
