Role Description

We are seeking detail-oriented Food Delivery AI Response Evaluators to contribute to an AI training project focused on improving customer interactions within the food delivery sector. In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated responses for quality, relevance, accuracy, and customer service effectiveness. Your industry knowledge and feedback will help improve AI systems. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses within food delivery platforms for quality, relevance, accuracy, and clarity.
• Assess written and verbal communication to ensure responses meet customer service standards.
• Review scenarios involving order inquiries, delivery status updates, order issues, and complaint resolution.
• Identify incorrect, ambiguous, or inappropriate responses and provide concise, actionable feedback.
• Create example conversations that reflect realistic food delivery customer interactions.
• Collaborate with project leads and technical teams to clarify requirements and improve evaluation processes.
• Follow project guidelines and maintain consistent evaluation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in food delivery, hospitality, customer service, or a related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience evaluating customer communications or providing feedback in service-oriented environments.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed project guidelines.
• Familiarity with digital delivery platforms, mobile applications, or AI-powered tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide clear, constructive improvement suggestions.
• Adaptability to changing project priorities and diverse tasks.
