Role Description

The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we’d love you to be a part of it as a FlexFund Support Representative, IRE. The FlexFund Support Representative is responsible for supporting clients throughout the transaction lifecycle by addressing inquiries, managing order workflows, and ensuring data accuracy across systems. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless client experience while identifying opportunities to improve processes and system performance.

• Provide support to clients by addressing inquiries and guiding them through processes.
• Analyze incoming requests and determine the most effective and appropriate solutions.
• Manage order workflows from creation to completion, ensuring timely processing and proper handling.
• Ensure accuracy of order details across internal systems.
• Identify, analyze, and report system bugs or operational issues based on daily workflow observations; ensure proper documentation and timely escalation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve order-related concerns.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or technical support (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
• Effective multitasking and time management skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems (CRM, reporting tools, etc.).
• Experience working with global and/or US-based business teams.
• Excellent written and communication skills in the English language.
• Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
