Role Description
This role is responsible for executing essential functions that support the Claims Department. This individual will work closely with internal and external customers to investigate, examine, and resolve a variety of claims-related tasks, escalating complex situations to a higher level. Effective communication and a comprehensive understanding of industry guidelines, as well as state and federal insurance claim regulations, is key. The individual will also navigate through various Claims systems to complete daily tasks.
