As a Fashion Support Consultant (remote from Spain), you’ll be part of a dynamic team of game-changers shaping the future of the fashion industry.

At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to people — our clients, their customers, our teams, our community, and our planet. As a Fashion Support Consultant, you will:

• Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience
• Accurately log all interactions and provide timely solutions in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems
• Identify and escalate complex cases when needed to ensure effective resolution

Qualifications

• Bilingual or proficient in Dutch with an advanced level of English
• Good understanding of IT platforms, equipment, and applications (Windows, MS Office, internet settings)
• Comfortable working in a customer service environment
• Strong customer care skills, including active listening and problem-solving
• Take ownership of customer requests and follow them through to resolution or escalation

Benefits

• Full-time (39 hours/week) fixed-term contract, Monday to Friday (09:00–18:00)
