What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist consumers in resolving delinquent accounts.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully to build trust and rapport.
• Use ethical, effective, and friendly negotiation techniques.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance goals.

Schedule

• First 4 weeks: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• After 4 weeks: Choose your own schedule between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday-Friday. (40 hours per week required)
• No evenings or weekends required!

Workspace Requirements

• A dedicated workspace free from distractions during work hours.
• Ability to work seated at a computer with dual monitors and a headset.
• Reliable, high-speed hardwired internet connection.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in collections
