Role Description

We are looking for organized, motivated individuals to join our remote team as a Remote Experience Coordinator. This opportunity combines client service, research, planning, communication, and organization and is well suited for someone who enjoys helping others while working independently.

As a Remote Experience Coordinator, you will:

• Work with clients to understand their preferences, interests, budgets, and specific needs.
• Research available options and help clients compare choices to make informed decisions.
• Assist clients throughout the planning process by:
• Organizing information
• Coordinating reservations
• Maintaining accurate records
• Answering questions
• Providing timely follow-up
• Communicate with suppliers and use online systems and resources to research availability and gather information.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete required training and learn new systems.
• Desire to continue developing knowledge as experience is gained.

Requirements

• Professional and comfortable communicating with different types of people.
