What You'll Be Doing

• Support clients by providing information, guidance, and assistance throughout their experience
• Coordinate requests, schedules, and service-related details to help keep activities running smoothly
• Communicate important updates, confirmations, and relevant information in a clear and timely manner
• Assist with tracking ongoing requests and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
• Help address routine questions and provide solutions using available resources and tools
• Review records and documentation to verify accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized digital files and client information within company platforms
• Assist with operational and administrative tasks that support daily workflow
• Work collaboratively with team members to help maintain a high standard of service
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development programs
