As a Remote Experience Consultant, you will help guide clients through the planning process by:

• Researching travel options
• Coordinating reservations
• Ensuring every detail of their trip is organized and accurate

Your role will focus on delivering excellent customer support while helping travelers bring their vacation ideas to life. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and providing helpful guidance while working independently from home.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have legal eligibility to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, or Spain
• Comfortable communicating in English

Requirements

• Assist clients with planning personalized travel experiences and itineraries
• Research and evaluate travel options using approved systems and resources
• Coordinate reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and other travel services
• Offer helpful travel insights and recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients through email, phone, and online messaging platforms
• Manage reservation updates, schedule changes, and client inquiries efficiently
• Maintain organized and accurate client records and booking information
• Participate in team training sessions, meetings, and professional development programs
