[Hiring] Event Ticketing Operations Associate @Remotely Talents

Role Description

This role involves assisting with live event ticketing when automation fails.

• Step in when automation fails: locate tickets, find buyer info, and execute transfers manually
• File and follow up on support cases with Ticketmaster to resolve technical issues
• Handle calls with marketplaces to solve fulfillment problems
• Ensure every ticket is delivered on time — no exceptions

Schedule

• Mon–Fri: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM ET
• Sat–Sun: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM ET
• Work at least 3-4 days/week, with at least one weekend day
