Role Description

As a Virtual Benefits Care Representative , you'll meet with clients through virtual appointments, answer questions about their benefit options, and guide them through the enrollment process—all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with clients who have requested information about available benefits
• Schedule and conduct virtual benefit consultations through Zoom
• Explain benefit options clearly and professionally
• Guide clients through the enrollment process
• Complete accurate documentation following each client interaction
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in every interaction
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

Requirements
