What You'll Do:

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
• Provide outstanding customer service and client support.

• Guide clients through the enrollment process.
• Build strong relationships with clients through professionalism and trust.
• Learn customer service, sales, and leadership skills through hands-on training.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation.
• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and professional development.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable.
• Comfortable using computers, Zoom, and virtual communication tools.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional work environment.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, military, banking, administrative, or sales experience is helpful—but not required.
