[Hiring] Part Time Customer Service Representative @Medidrive LLC

Role Description

MediDrive is a rapidly growing NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transportation) startup focused on providing a better experience for members who depend on transportation to access healthcare. We’re assembling a team of compassionate, detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives who want to make a meaningful difference every day. Training begins October 21st!

The following 3 shifts are available for fully remote work. There are at least 5 positions available for each shift. You MUST be able to work one of these 3 shifts and you must be able to start training for 2 weeks from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST on October 21st. You can not miss more than 2 hours of time during the 2 weeks of training. If you cannot make this commitment, please do not apply.

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center customer service, healthcare, transportation, or similar role.
• MUST HAVE YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT including a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset.
• Must have reliable internet.
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Comfort navigating multiple computer systems and documenting quickly.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Contact center hours include weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.

Requirements

• Experience in NEMT, Medicaid, healthcare call centers, or insurance environments (preferred).
